Formed as a non-profit corporation in June, 2004 by the organizers of the Day to be Gay in the Catskills Festival (now in its 6th year), to produce the annual festival and other events throughout the year, to facilitate community cohesion and to increase awareness and tolerance for lgbt individuals within the larger community.
